This beginner-level course is for adults who are just beginning to learn English and/or have limited confidence in
their ability to communicate in English. The course is theme-based and highly interactive, emphasizing speaking and
listening skills and building confidence. Themes are related to every-day life to develop English communication skills
for practical purposes.
This course is for adults who already have basic English communication skills and the ability to speak in complete
sentences about topics related to daily life. The course is theme-based and highly interactive, emphasizing speaking
and listening skills. The goal of this course is to develop skills for English communication beyond practical purposes,
helping students expand their ability to engage in real-life conversations.
SPANISH
This beginner-level course is designed for adults who want to develop practical Spanish
communication skills while engaging with the local Spanish-speaking community. No
prior knowledge of Spanish is required. Through interactive lessons and community-
centered activities, students build confidence using Spanish in everyday situations such
as greetings, shopping, asking for directions, etc.
The course emphasizes listening and speaking skills. Cultural understanding is woven
throughout the curriculum, helping learners gain insight into the traditions, values, and
experiences of diverse Spanish-speaking communities.
This intermediate-beginner course is designed for adult learners who possess basic
communication skills. This course expands and deepens students’ ability to participate
in real-life conversations. Students expand their skills in expressing past and future
events and managing everyday interactions with greater detail and confidence.
Emphasis is placed on active communication, cultural awareness, and practical
application.
